About the Program
Overview
The Integrator Growth Program is a 16-month coaching and consulting program built specifically for system integrators that want to build a stronger, more scalable business and evolve into true Industry 4.0 integrators.
You’ll work directly with Walker Reynolds and other integrator leaders to strengthen the core areas that determine whether an integration business can scale beyond its current operating model, grow without creating more chaos, and build the capabilities required to compete as an Industry 4.0 integrator:
- The Foundations
-
Business Development
-
Operations
-
Finance
Who This Program Is For
- Integrators who can’t step away without everything grinding to a halt — you’ve become the bottleneck, and growth depends on you being everywhere at once.
-
Firms relying on luck or referrals to land projects — there’s no repeatable business development process consistently bringing in the right opportunities.
-
Owners stuck doing low-value tasks instead of high-impact work — your expertise is buried in administration, firefighting, and delivery.
- Teams dealing with shrinking margins and unpredictable project timelines — underpricing, scope creep, and inefficient processes are cutting into profitability.
- Businesses without documented systems or SOPs — too much critical knowledge lives in the owner’s head, making delegation difficult.
- Integrators struggling to stand out — you’re competing against larger firms, product vendors, and other integrators without a clear market position.
Program Structure
Four Foundational Workshops
Four live, deep-dive workshops with Walker Reynolds covering:
- The Foundations
- Business Development
- Operations
- Finance
The workshop material will also be developed into an IGP handbook that participants can use throughout the program and inside their businesses.
Ongoing Cohort Q&A
Throughout the program, members can bring the actual problems they are facing inside their companies to Walker and the IGP community.
Two 60-minute cohort Q&A sessions are offered each month:
- AM session
- PM session
These are pure Q&A sessions focused on the real business issues members are working through. If a question can benefit multiple integrators, it belongs in the cohort.
Private 1:1 Coaching
After the foundational workshop phase, each participating company receives a 45-minute private 1:1 session with Walker every other month.
These sessions are designed for company-specific challenges, strategic decisions, sensitive issues, and other topics that are better handled outside of the cohort setting.
The recurring 1:1 structure gives each company direct access to Walker throughout the program while keeping the group Q&A calls focused on issues that can benefit the broader cohort.
Live + On-Demand
All foundational workshops and cohort Q&A calls are recorded.
Attend live when you can, or go back and watch the recordings on demand throughout the program.

Reviews
What Integrators Are Saying
Hear directly from integrator owners and leaders who have gone through the Integrator Growth Program and applied what they learned inside their businesses.
From Cohort 1
“I came into IGP with the technical side handled and a rough idea of who my customers were. But I was having a hard time growing the business and not sure why. I soon learned what I did not have was the ability to say what problem I actually solve. Walker kept dragging me back to that question until I could answer it, and that has been the single most useful thing I have done for my business this year.”
— Will Cordero

“Being part of IGP surrounds you with like-minded business owners who are navigating the exact same landscape you are every day. Having Walker at the helm to steer the ship with his unmatched insight gives you absolute clarity and confidence on where to head next. It’s easily been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business.”
— Juan Le Roux
One Technology Ltd.
“IGP has been one of the most valuable investments we’ve made in the growth of our business. Beyond expanding my network with like-minded system integration leaders, it has provided practical frameworks, honest peer-to-peer collaboration, and proven strategies.”

Application-Based Program
IGP is not open enrollment.
Every company begins by completing an application. Our team will review your business, your goals, and the challenges you’re trying to solve.
After we review your application, we’ll reach out to learn more about your business, answer your questions, and determine together whether IGP is the right fit.
What Happens Next
✓ Complete the IGP application
✓ Our team reviews your company, goals, and current challenges
✓ After we review your application, we’ll reach out to schedule a conversation
✓ Together, we’ll determine whether IGP can actually help your business
✓ If we agree IGP is the right fit, we’ll walk you through enrollment and next steps
Is IGP Right for Your Business?
IGP is a significant commitment of time, resources, and effort. We don’t want companies joining simply because they can.
The application process is designed to determine whether the program matches where your business is today, where you want to go, and whether we believe IGP can genuinely help you get there.
