Integrator Growth Program Overview 🚀

The Integrator Growth Program is a 16-month coaching and consulting program built specifically for system integrators that want to grow, scale, and become stronger Industry 4.0 integrators.

Led by Walker Reynolds, IGP combines foundational business instruction, ongoing cohort Q&A, private 1:1 coaching, practical tools, and a community of integrator leaders working through many of the same challenges.

Cohort 2 is application-based and limited in size. If selected, your company will receive:

Integrator Business Workshops

Four foundational workshops focused on the core areas every integration company needs to strengthen in order to scale:

  • The Foundations
  • Business Development
  • Operations
  • Finance

The workshop material will also be developed into an IGP handbook for ongoing use throughout the program.

Integrator Cohort Q&A

Two live 60-minute Q&A sessions are offered each month, with AM and PM options.

These sessions are focused on the real business challenges members are facing. Bring your questions, learn from what other integrators are working through, and apply the lessons directly inside your company.

Private 1:1 Coaching

After the foundational workshop phase, each participating company receives a 45-minute private 1:1 session with Walker every other month.

These sessions are designed for company-specific challenges, strategic decisions, sensitive issues, and topics that are better handled outside the cohort setting.

Two Seats Per Company

Each IGP company receives two program seats — one for the primary participant and one for an additional team member.

Both participants can attend the foundational workshops, cohort Q&A sessions, and access the program content.

Digital Factory Mastermind Access

Both IGP seats also include full access to the Digital Factory Mastermind for the duration of the 16-month cohort.

That gives both participants access to the broader Mastermind community, live sessions, and additional Industry 4.0 training while they are in IGP.
